Bringing the 2024 CX Summit to Life: Complete Event Branding & Design Package

Overview

For The Clearing’s 2024 CX Summit booth, I designed a comprehensive event branding package to create a cohesive and engaging experience for attendees. The project included a booth banner, table QR codes, and custom giveaways—personalized Oreos and branded postcards—to enhance brand recognition and audience interaction.

Beyond the booth, I designed a dedicated splash page to provide event details and drive engagement, as well as a full email and social media campaign to promote the company’s presence before, during, and after the event. Each design element was carefully crafted to align with the company’s branding while ensuring a visually compelling and memorable experience for attendees.

Design Process & Impact

This project kicked off over a month before the CX Summit, requiring close collaboration with the Marketing team and another designer to ensure all deliverables were completed on time. To keep everything organized, we developed a structured timeline, tracking each design element from concept to final production.

We began by establishing the overall look and feel for the event materials, ensuring consistency across the booth banner, splash page, email and social media graphics, giveaways, and QR codes.

As designs took shape, I worked on creating high-impact visuals for the booth banner and table materials, ensuring they would attract attendees while maintaining The Clearing’s professionalism. Simultaneously, I designed digital assets for social media channels and email campaigns, which required additional learning and managing of the company’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement system. This learning curve in a short period was a challenge, but it allowed me to execute the email and campaign designs efficiently.

Throughout the process, we maintained constant communication with stakeholders, iterating on feedback and ensuring that each element worked together to create a seamless, engaging event presence. The final result was a well-coordinated package that enhanced the company's visibility at the CX Summit while delivering a memorable experience for attendees and The Clearing employees.
